If a dispute arises, we encourage you to first contact us at hiroshi2cruisingchronicles@gmail.com for informal resolution. If unresolved after 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Tokyo, Japan.

  • The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
  • The decision will be made by one (1) arbitrator.
  • Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
  • Users waive the right to class-action lawsuits or jury trials.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hiroshi’s Cruising Chronicles, its owners, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for:
